Salsa Chicken

This recipe originally came from the cookbook "101 Things to do with a Slow Cooker" by Stephanie Ashcraft. It's delicious and sooooo simple!!

4 frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 jar (16 oz) salsa
1 cup sour cream
flour tortillas

Place chicken in slow cooker. Pour salsa over the top and cook until chicken is cooked through. Shred chicken using 2 forks and add sour cream approximately one hour before serving.

Serve in flour tortilla with shredded cheese and lettuce. Enjoy!
