1/2 Cup Dutch chocolate or Hershey's Cocoa
1/4 Cup white sugar
1/4 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup cream or light cream
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Stir over medium heat with wire whisk until completely smooth and remove from heat.
Add 2 Tablespoons butter and continue to beat with wire whisk until butter is completely melted.
Pour over ice cream, brownies or cake.
