Hey Everybody!

Thought I'd stop by and deliver one of my all time favoritist recipes! It's a little something I like to call a "Grilled Cheese". Some of you my have had something similar to this in your life. . . but I doubt it!

First you take some bread, preferrably two slices, but you could use three if you just love carbs.

Then you put some cheese in the middle. I prefer a rich, aromatic cheddar, usually in sliced form but you can use grated cheese if you like to make a mess. Some people use those packaged Kraft singles but those are lame and disgusting.

It's important to spread butter on the outside walls of the bread or else your bread will get all burnt and nasty when you cook it. Then I put the sandwhich in a pan on medium heat and flip it ocassionaly so as to avoid burning and blackening.

Before you know it you'll be done. You can cut your sandwhich in half down the middle or diagonally so it looks cooler.

Thanks so much for creating a place for me to express myself!

  3. Richard asked to become an author of the blog the other day :). They're not allowed to have any business/news sort of things playing on the TVs at his job at Wells Fargo because they don't want people getting nervous about money and the economy while standing in line...so he gets to watch the cooking network all day every day :). He comes home with an itch to make big dinners sometimes!

  4. This is funny. And even more funny now that I know my little brother watches food network all day. Way to bring home the bacon... Or grilled cheese in Rico's case.
