2 boxes of Farfalle (bow-tie) pasta, or any other kind you like
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 can olives, olives drained and cut in half
3 green onions diced
1-2 jars marinated artichoke hearts (undrained)
1 bottle Italian salad dressing
fresh grated parmesan or feta cheese, optional
fresh grated parmesan or feta cheese, optional
Boil pasta. When finished drain and put in bowl. Add vegetables. Drizzle with salad dressing and toss to coat pasta and veggies. Serves approximately 15-20 people.
*Alternative option, add diced or shredded chicken!
