BBQ Pulled Pork

This is another one of the recipes I made over the 4th of July weekend. Its great because its easy, fast, and you can just throw it in the crock pot and forget about it until its ready to shred. It also makes a ton so you can feed a small army. You probably have some variation of this recipe already, but if not, this is an easy one that tastes great!

BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich's

3-4 Pound Pork Loin
2 Onions, finely diced
1 (16-18 oz.) Bottle BBQ Sauce {I use Sweet Baby Ray's brand. We like the brown sugar version}
1/3 Cup Honey

Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours. When meat is cooked through, shred with forks and put back in crock pot to heat through. When ready to eat, serve on sandwich buns, and voila! Easiest main dish ever!

  2. Let me just say as a point of testimonial that this pork is delicious. Melts in your mouth AND in your hand, just the way a good pulled pork should
