Butterscotch & Caramel Apple Dip

This is a delicious apple dip... perfect for Fall! It can be paired with any apple, but we usually use Granny Smith... the sweet and tart go together wonderfully!

Butterscotch & Caramel Apple Dip
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Cup Butterscotch Chips
1/4 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. White Vinegar
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
In a saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, butterscotch chips, and salt. Cook & stir until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in vinegar & cinnamon. Serve warm.

**This can be stored in the fridge after it is made. It will harden up and you just need to reheat and stir. An even better option is one of those mini crockpots {the kind used for hot dips}.

Oh, and Happy Halloween! :)

  1. This looks good! I haven't been able to find butterscotch here unfortunately. The vinegar seems like an interesting element...
