Kate's Apple Cookie's

I got this yummy cookie recipe from the talented Katie and thought I would pass it along. They are so good! Be warned though... they are like Pringles; Once you pop, you just can't stop!! (Seriously... Greg and I ate a whole tray in one sitting).

Apple Cookies
1/2 C. Butter
2/3 C. White Sugar
2/3 C. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1/8 tsp. Ground Cloves
1 Egg
1/4 C. Apple Juice
2 C. Flour

Beat butter for 30 seconds. Add both Sugars, Cinnamon, Baking Soda, Nutmeg, and Cloves. Beat until combined. Beat in Egg and Apple Juice. Add Flour (this amount may vary depending on where you live. I have to play with it a bit now that I'm in the Midwest).

Roll into balls & Bake @ 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Frosting
4 C. Powdered Sugar
1/4 C. Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
3-4 TBSP. Apple Juice

Mix together and frost cookies. (I like to put them in those little squeeze bottles and frost them with designs, but you can just plop some frosting on as well!)

{sorry for the cell phone photo...}
