Roger Salad (aka: 1960's Salad)


1 small package lemon Jello
1 16 oz. can crushed pineapple
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup whipping cream
chopped pecans

Boil crushed pineapple and add Jello. Remove from heat and completely dissolve Jello. You can add both to blender to reduce pineapple or continue as it is. Add softened 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 cup whipping cream and pecans. Stir together and set. Tastes more like dessert. I wonder why?
