Egg Casserole


16 eggs
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 cups mozerella cheese, grated
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup diced ham
1/2 tsp onion salt
1 bunch green onion, chopped
2 cups milk

Beat eggs. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes (or until done) in 9 X 13 baking dish.

Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, olives etc... or just eat plain. Yummy!

  2. Well you bake it in a 9X13 dish so it feeds about 9-12 depending on how big a piece you serve.
