Boiled Salt Water

Ingredients:
Salt
H2O

Instructions:
Add desired amount of water to Pan. Add a pinch of sodium (umbrella girl brand best). Turn stove up to real high heat (glowing red if possible). Wait. Don't watch--it's a verified fact that watched water won't boil--Richard told me. Soon you will hear the roll of the boil (it sounds a little like the roll of thunder from many classic country tunes). Turn off stove--unless you wanted to boil something in the water--then this would be an ideal time to add it.

Great for canker sores and sore throats.

Note: I find that if the water is too hot it helps to add ice cubes from freezer and stir, OR ditch the boiled water all together and mix tap water with salt; results are similar.

(I can't lie; Richard gave me this recipe.)
