WHITE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CRUNCH COOKIES

These delicious little cookies are so easy to make! they look and taste like you spent hours on them, but they only require four ingredients. It doesn't get easier than that. They remind me of chocolate dipped pretzels. Mmmm....

ingredients:
Ritz Crackers
Peanut Butter
White Chocolate
Sprinkles or Melted Chocolate for the top.

DIRECTIONS:

Simply take your ritz crackers, and spread a generous amount of Peanut Butter on top of one cracker. Place another cracker on the top, and make sure that there isn't any peanut Butter oozing out of the sides. Dip your filled crackers into melted white chocolate, and place on waxed paper to cool. If using sprinkles.....sprinkle on the top of crackers before they are cool. If you want to drizzle chocolate on top, make sure that the cookies are cool, and the chocolate is set before you drizzle. You could also use any color chocolate pieces that you like. Get creative, they are fun to make....and yummy to eat.

Note: 1 sleeve of ritz crackers and one bag of white chocolate chips makes 18 sandwich cookies.
