Fruit Dip

This is the yummiest fruit dip! So far we have had it with apples, strawberries, orange wedges, and banana... & I am sure it would be delicious with any number of other fruits. It came together very quickly and makes a ton. Perfect when you need a little appetizer for a get together. We thought it tasted kind of like dipping fruit in an Orange Julius. Delicious!

Fruit Dip

1 Cup Sugar
1 Egg, beaten
1/4 Cup Orange Juice Concentrate
1 TBSP Lemon Juice

Mix together in a saucepan over medium high heat. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Stir for a few more minutes and allow to get frothy. Remove from heat, transfer to a heat-proof bowl, and allow to cool in the refrigerator until no longer warm {I made it in the morning and then pulled it out that afternoon for the mix ins}.

Remove from fridge and add:

8-10 oz. Strawberry Yogurt*
8 oz. Container Cool Whip*

Mix together until all incorporated. Eat or return to fridge until ready to serve. Enjoy with fresh chopped fruit and enjoy!

*I used light yogurt and Cool Whip Free. A great way to lighten this up, and it really didn't change the taste at all...

{can be made a few days in advance}
