Ranch-Seasoned Chicken

We tried this today and it was pretty good. Not too strong but it still has that Ranch flavoring. (Next time I think we will actually try adding a little more ranch dressing mix to see if it has a bit more flavor.) All of my boys ate it up without complaint, which is amazing!! I found this recipe in the cookbook, "101 Things to do with Chicken."

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (thawed)
1 envelope ranch dressing mix
1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine dressing mix and breadcrumbs in a large ziplock bag. Add chicken to bag and shake until coated. Place chicken in a greased 9X13 inch pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is done.

Very simple and fun.
