Swiss Chicken

This is a recipe that was given to us when we were in dental school by a fellow student wife. It is so easy and delicious!

4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (I use frozen)
1 slice swiss cheese per piece of chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup milk
1 box Stove Top (chicken flavor)
1 cube melted margarine

Place chicken breasts in a 9X13 inch pan that has been sprayed with baking spray. Top each piece with cheese slices. Mix the soup, sour cream & milk together and pour over the chicken. Sprinkle with the stuffing. Drizzle melted margarine over the stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour (less if your chicken was thawed). Serve & enjoy.

  1. My friend Michelle's mom made this pretty often when we were growing up. Obviously, I didn't eat the chicken, but I thought the rest was an interesting combo of flavors. I had forgotten about this dish. Good addition to the blog!
