Focaccia Bread Sandwiches

I made these for Ben & Whitney's shower this month and there was an overwhelming request to post it. So here it is. It is not really a recipe, just instructions on how to make the sandwich. It is really easy and absolutely delicious!

Here is what you need:

Asiago Focaccia Bread from Target's Bakery
turkey deli meat
provolone cheese
spinach or sprouts

And anything else you think sounds good. Mayo, Ranch Dressing, Bacon, etc. . .

Wrap the sandwich in aluminum foil, then place in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or so until the cheese is melted and the bread slightly toasted. Remove from the oven, cut into wedges and serve!

  1. Marijke brought some home for me. They were great!

  2. These were delicious! i bet marinated bell peppers and red onions would be great on these too. i loved the bread with the parmesan cheese on top.

  3. p.s. Emily's homemade pesto was awesome!

  4. These look awesome! I think my family would really enjoy this.

  5. I made these for some friends when I was in Utah. They were a big hit! Even Greg said it was one of the best sandwich's he has ever eaten!!

  6. i just have to say - i've made this like a million times since it was posted and i STILL love it. if i could eat it every day, i would. so yummy! thanks for sharing!
