Favorite Guacamole

Happy Cinco De Mayo!!!

In honor of this holiday {?} I decided to make my most favorite Guacamole dip. I love avacados! I came across this recipe when I was preggo and didn't fully appreciate it at first. Now I love it! Its really not that different from normal guacamole, except that there is no mayo, which also makes it healthier. Its also a great guac to put on burgers, fajita's, taco's, anything that you enjoy with guacamole really. Make this one today... in honor of Cinco De Mayo... or Spencer! :)

Guacamole

3 Large Ripe Avocado, pitted and peeled
2 TBSP. Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
1/2 tsp. Coarse Salt {Kosher or Sea Salt}
1/2 tsp. Red Pepper Sauce {I never have this on hand so I just cut up some real red peppers into very, very small pieces. Works perfectly}
1 clove Garlic, finely chopped

In medium size bowl, coarsely mash the avacados. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Eat with your favorite tortilla chips or any other variation you like. We had it in shredded pork burritos last night. Yum.

The End.

  2. Well this is an easy one. Its also great because it doesn't have any mayo in it. Makes it a bit healthier... even though too much avocado isn't exactly considered healthy! :)
